Aqua-Soft Forumsi was figiting with 'compact menu' for firebird to get rid of the menu and put it in that button thing, anyhow i forgot to check tools to show up. Now the 'tool' menu is completly gone, does anyone know how to fix this? cause tools kinda came in handy every once and a while, execialy for fixing stuff like this.

I suppose there's no way to turn off the extention without going into the tools menu, now is there? Hm....
I'd search for an answer, but I don't have firebird here.. did you check the homepage of the person who made the extention? There might be help there..
ohh ok i fixed it, heres the fix, if you fight click on the bar and go to custimise, you can add and removie menus there, boy these firebird people think of everything 
btw is there a way to change the icon?

You can change the icon easily with ResHacker, thats how i change my icons, then it is permenant.

Have you taken a look at MageGuru's old Phoenix skinning tutorial (the one that I'm going to be replacing soon)?
He gives info on how to replace the image, although I'm not sure it works quite as it should - his tutorial was written back in the day...
These instructions come via the 'Theme Genie' himself, Lynchknot...This image, sharc-2-8.50.png is located here:
\Chrome\Compact.jar\Skin\Classic\Compact...this is inside your FB profile...
When replacing it, you must rename the 'new .png' as the same image .png that you want to replace: sharc-2-8.50.png
