Any Good Stylebuilder Tuts?

I want to mod the PPro beta because I'm dying for a change, but I don't know Style Builder and its very unintuitive to me. Do any of you know good sites for tuts? I mean general, all around, this-is-the-basic-workflow-of-the-program stuff.

but i find it's easier to just resource hacker or resbuilder and extract and edit the images.
