Web Layout For Lots Of Pics

i'm making a personal website for myself and my friends that will be mainly full of pics from our parties, outings, etc.

in the past i have not really liked the thumbnails or 'slideshow' that Frontpage uses...

anybody have a nice looking way of showing many thumbnails and navigating them? (not really sure what i'm saying here)

or if you have seen a site that displays a lot of pictures in a smart way.. please show me the way.

This page here has a cool way of puttin' up pictures, althought I'm not sure if they manually made all those pages or if a small program did it for them. I have a little site with some pics and I just made a bunch of thumbnails really quick and threw em out there with no real organizaition. It works for me. My picture page.

Flash is the way forward!!!! Use Flash! If you don't have Flash I can do a Picture Presentation for you because I have Flash MX Professional 2004 ( )

Just mail me at dl-jd_pearson@tiscali.co.uk ... (No Probs) It would probably be advisable to tell me what kind of style you want cos I have a tendency to do things all in the same style (aqua)

Flash is not a good suggestion for bitmaps. The only thing that flash is good for is vector based graphics.

As you can see on requirements it requires some stuff, so it may be a little hard to set up, and there are other, easier galleries to set up, but at this very moment, i cant remember the name of any.

my site is www.hotpony.ca. if you'll go to the pictures page you will and go into one of the galleries, you'll understand my problem.

the Frontpage gallery maker does not include the buttons to switch to the next photo or the previous one when you are looking at them.

is there a plug in or something for frontpage? i like the clean interface of my site (but its a bit slow loading) so i'm looking for a simple fix for this.
