You my friend have adware! Run lava softs adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ or some other adware removal program. This is a program that hijacks your browser and forces you to visit their site.

LOL

I express myself in the same way when I get pissed as well.

Though unlike you I make sure I'm not saying that in public.

Use firebird. No more worries.

And as for adaware.. screw the over priced commericial software

this website is all you need. Just go to it in IE, and it will tell you what you have, and instructions on how to get rid of it.

Firebird does not prevent against ad-ware, and one spyware program usually isn't enough to catch them all. Try Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware and Spyware Blaster.

Firebird blocks pop ups too. Get firebird. You can skin firebird to look like Safari too, so that makes it all around sweet.

Uhm. Yea.

Firebird doesn't support ActiveX control installation. Which means, unless you specifically somehow magically download an .exe, it's not going to install. And when it does, it's going to go to into IE. If you can find me one example of a PopUp/Spyware program which effects Firebird, I will buy the plane tickets to your home right now, and lick your balls.

Do cookies count? You can still get tracking cookies in Firebird. Even (gasp) Linux!

tracking cookies yep.

Gator? no. Xupiter? No.

cookies are universal. But getting a "Do you wish to install Blah signed by Blah.inc" Yes/No are not. Which are 99.9% of stupid popup ads. I've never got a single web page able to change my Firebird homepage without my permission. I work at a county hospital with 3000+ workstations from 95-XP, and if I had a dollar for every spyware application I had to remove from ignorant IE users, I'd go buy MS right now, and migrate it to an OS GPL'd linux distro.
