Qcd Help!

i was using QCD w/ Sid´s replacement files and the tray icon is blank! i even checked QCDIconManager.dll and the icons were there! if it makes a differance, im using the latest version ov object bar.Please Help! i would post a screenshot but my page is having troubles...i will figure it out and post a screenshot soon... thnx in advance
