Firewire and USB are two different types of transfering. Even i you manage to make a USB to Firewire, you would not be able to use it using th FireWire port. You need a FireWire Web Cam.
thanks wizard.
my next question would be can i use a firewire webcam with a program like netmeeting or msn, and would anyone like to buy my logitech so i can get an iSight? (Y)
The sys req's for a iSight include: OSX 10.3 ![]()
Dazzle. It's a multimedia transfer hub.
Allows you to connect various cards and wires.
and the hub itself can connect to a pc via firewire or USB2

Do you have a link or something. I can't find anything with a search engine. I only find something, but it doesn't have FireWire and USB 2.0
