Changing Explorer Icons
It's easiest done with a program called "Y'z Toolbar" found here: http://www.designtechnika.com/main/modules...action=cat&id=3

You want Y'z Toolbar. Can I recommend using Search for skins?
if you don't want to run a program, you can also replace or hack shell32.dll. use resource hacker to swap the icons or, assuming you find a shell32.dll mod that you like (there are many, some are even posted here), use replacer to replace the system file.
