How To Remove Explorers Menu

Is there a way to remove Menu in Windows Explorer shown bellow:

You could: just move the menu down (not below the buttons, but next to them) and way over to the right side so only "file" is visible

or Use ObjectBar (and a OSX-looking theme like crni's) and check the option to remove the menu and put it on the taskbar

or get flyakite's system files pack (v3.5), right click near the menu, and click "menu bar" to remove it
