Plugins To Do Aqua Things

Hi, i want to ask your advices, i want to do wallpapers like jaguar or panther, i use Corelphotopaint, and a little of photoshop, i know i can do taht with plugins or filters, i'm looked in google but idont find any really usefull, just very bad imitations. I want to know WHERE i can find this plug-ins, or maybe tecniques to do that, not only aquafy icons, but wallpapers.
