Price watch is kinda scary cause you never know what youll get in terms of service. I totaly recomend newegg, its the seller i rate others agains. For example when i returned a refurbished videocard because it didnt come with a remote, not only did they accept it back without one hassle, but also gave me 10$ to ship it back. They also have realy good prices, not the absolute best, but no more then a few dollars more then the absolute best.

pricewatch is pretty good, though. just use www.resellerratings.com to check the ratings of those sellers, and of course, you can also use resellerratings to find products, though the prices aren't as good.
newegg is very good, though, as is zipzoomfly (formerly googlegear).

Actually, most name brand manufacturers (Dell, Gateway etc.) allow you to customize your computer.
You should actually really consider building urself a new PC. It's nice because you get to choose all of ur parts and u also save a lot of money. Most ppl think it's really hard but it's not at all, just use ur current computer as an example.
