Weird Date Display

My comp date displays like this: 2003Äê10ÔÂ25ÈÕ

If you're using XP, Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options. Choose your region. Click Customize and go to the Date tab. See if changing anything there helps.

Edit:

I just happened to notice in another topic that you recently downloaded some customized system files. If the problem started after you installed them, then you'll probably have to uninstall them to fix it. <_<
