Aqua-Soft ForumsDoes anyone else notice that not all the icons always show up in object bars's system tray as in the normals windows system tray? I am usually missing 3 or 4 random ones, and sometimes missing all but 1 or 2. Seems random to me.

yeah, thats a known problem with ob, and they're 'working' on it. maybe it'll get fixed in 2 years. Usually its just a few here or there(windowblinds never shows up on mine).
I think you can change how good it works by changing the startup order of progs., but i don't really care about it, so i haven't tried. there's info on it in the stardock forums(the discussion link at stardock) if you want to dig around abit, but from what i saw, its accepted to be not 'fully fixable'. :banging:
ok, there are 2 ways to "fix" this problem. and one of them uses the term fix very very loosely. lol first is to set ob to run at startup... that usually makes all of the systray icons show.. the other is... run taskmanager, shutdown Explorer.exe, and then reload it, while ob is running.. will load all the icons into ob.. lol
On some Bars I seem to be able to right click on OB , select properties . In the list on the left find system tray . Select it , then Behavior . Make sure Enablle Filtering is checked . Now click Configure Filtering . There you can tell each and every Tray Icon that has showed up lately what to do . Sometimes I seem to find this and other times I do not . Let me know if its an option for your bar . I am using CompsiteX / Black Ice .These features are on this bar .
