[help] Cant Get Bar To Stay Hidden

Ok ive been trying for the last half an hour to create a popup menu in objectbar without success.

I can create the link that should open the floating bar and ive created the floating bar but i cant get the floating bar to stay hidden when its not needed.

Ive gone in the floating bars advanced options and ticked Hide Bar and it does hide it but then when i goto the popup that opens this bar it then wont disapear from my screen and it then shows in the theme editor that it is no longer hidden.

Anyone got any ideas where im going wrong here ??

I've been having the exact same problem, it's really pi$$1ng me off now...

I hope there is a simple fix for this, and I am a numbskull and the software isn't bugged.
