where could i get like a OS X themed icons for like trillian?? maybe some for overnet and emule?

If you're talking about the Trillian system tray icons, do a search for 'trillian system tray.' There are many threads on it. For the executable just use one of the iChat icons. That's what most people around here do, for sure.
