When you say it closes itself, does it have an error that pops up, or it just disappears from the processes?

I can't work out why it'll close without an error message nor someone or something telling it to terminate...
I guess you've already exhausted the method of looking back to when it started happening and what had changed since then huh?

maybe unistalling and re-installing...
if that dont works, maybe format c: and re-install xp, is fast u know!

Seeing as this is becoming a mini error thread for Object Dock, I wanted to mention that I've been having a few bugs with mine also. Maybe it's SP1 which I just updated to, ( I never had problems pre-SP1 ) But my dock has been throwing errors and closing a couple of times recently. The errors show different things each time - problem with a docklet or dll - and then asking to send the error to microsoft. I noticed the problems after upgrading OD 1.0, but then again, I updated to SP1 around the same time. :rant:
Also, my OD installation is having a problem staying on top with a few apps
Aside from that, OD rocks. Still the most stable and useful of the docks IMO.
