Freeshade Help

I installed FreeShade last night, then unintalled it. Well, all of my windows work like normal now, meaning the if I minimize or maximize, they do what they are supposed to. When I double-click on the caption bar, it either does one or the other, depending on which position the window is in at the time.

EXCEPT . . . Internet Explorer.

When I double-click, it STILL shades. Every new window I open in IE is automatically shaded.

Anyone know what the deal is?

I would suggest that you reinstall free shade and resize them to the size you want them to be and then uninstall the program, sounds silly but give it a go !! ;)

I bet IE is just misbehavin' as usual.

Close all IE windows.

Open a new instance of IE, resize the shaded window and close IE.

Open IE again.

That should work, though I do remember some keys needed to be pressed in older IE versions when the window was closed for IE to remember the window size settings.

@mimeryme : I tried that, and unfortunately it didn't work. Thanks, though.

@genuine143 : I'll go try that now. ;)

I tried both of those solutions again, yet neither worked. Oh well.

I'll just keep telling myself that being able to shade IE windows is a good thing. :rolleyes:
