where can I find shellwm? I've been looking but with no luck...

and off topic.. can some one help me find 2 programs?

one is dcolor xp. it is a program that can set your icons(on desktop) or make the text to the right of the icon

and the other is a program I saw here before I have been looking onsearch but i cant seem to find it. for one I forgot the name. I thought it was somethg like dt2... its a program that can show like a screenshot of a picture or something.
