[release] Text Document Icon

Here is a quick icon/png i made for text documents. It was made made by rotating, scaling, and recoloring the blue Mac address book icon using Photoshop 7. Included in the zip is the png, the icon, a readme file, and the psd file, in case you want to edit or alter it.
