Convert .gif To .ico

I dont really want to download an app just to covert this one .gif so can someone do it for me ??

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me.

Thats very good observational skills and the only logical assumption is... he actually has been on the Disney Channel! damn celebrity brothers lol

But maybe he should take a simple look at the time of his post and then mine and he will find i made mine about 20 mins before he did so really his post was pointless in this thread going on about that dont u think ?? Even if it did have the info about what software to use although i did state i only needed one icon not a few hundred or anything and didnt want to fork out or download software just for one thing.
