[help] Skinning Itunes

I've downloaded the iTunes Aqua skin, but can't find a way to apply it. Do I need a special program to do it with? I've done a Google search and it gave me a program that only worked with iTunes 2.xx. What do I need to do? I have iTunes 4.1.1.54. Thanks to all!

Jag,

Those skins are for iTunes/OS X, not iTunes/Win, so I don't think they can be applied to the Win version.

Man seems like it cannot be used on PC.i tried it and failed,even the instructions cannot be displayed properly :wub:
