This is a beta of what im working on for ibarv3,
im still experimenting so alot of work still needs to be done,
especially brushed version.
fixed many bugs firebird scrollbar eg.
but now i have a bug where winrar crashes 
that im fixing,

well, No-IP DUC doesn't start, my anti virus prog doesn't start, explorer.exe crashes when trying to open preferences of drive C:\, like mentioned before: winrar goes dead... this theme is somehow strange, please do something about that.

BTW this is only experimental i know what the problem is(i think) but im only experimenting now

no problem! looks promising and I'm not critizising your work, just trying to help fixing problems... although I wondered why my windows only played the error-bing on startup and nothing really worked until I found out that it was the theme...

btw ive fixed all bugs and hoping to release final next week
it have a big bug ,the shellstyle.dll seems to be no use! and you can't instead it of the third part shellstyle.dll. or you winRAR and reshacker can't run!
I like your version 2 Ibarb more than the v3. I like the taskbar of Ibarb, but would like the blue tabs of v3
