Hi ! I already did a lot of aqua stuff on my pc but what is missing is an aquaish Startup of Windows XP. I mean something like the Splash Panel but before loggin in. Is there any program which can do that or do I have to replace specific system files ???

there are a few boot screens floating around..
the panther screen, is all grey, with a dark grey apple logo.
in OSX the order of appearance is BootScreen, then logon screen..
there is no "Splash Screen" like you'd see in OS 9.
Actually, there is a splash-like screen (striped square with apple on top, Mac OS X in the center and barber-pole bar below with text status underneath that shows stuff like "Starting System blah..., Loading Network blah.... etc."
Sequence:
BootScreen with small dark gray apple on a off-white background. Throbber appears a few seconds later.

Logon Screen
Edit: I don't know of any windows program that can act as a splash screen before the logon as of this time. Someone has to create a program that that can monitor the status while the system is loading and display it during that time. That would mean creating interrupts & hooks in the system itself. May be possible but difficult to implement unless the programmer knows Windows inside & out.
more reason for me to get a mac. i can't take it any more! i am going to see if i can set up a paypal donate account and then put donate links everywhere!!! I MUST HAVE AN iMAC! (yes i must de-capitalize the i for it is an iMac.)

No matter how much I try to deck out my PC to transform it's Windowsness to Aqua, it's still no comparison to my iBook. Really the way to go it get a mac. The only thing is that Frontpage doesn't run on a Mac without Virtual PC, but there's better web design programs out there anyway.

Frontpage is not a "web design" program, as I understand the term. It's a web authoring tool.
People often get "web design" confused with "web authoring", "content authoring" and "web development"...
A "web designer" does a lot of work (usually in something like Photoshop) to design the look of a website.
A "web author" authors the base HTML/XHTML and CSS for a given page, based on the web designer's designs. This is often done using Dreamweaver or (less often) Frontpage or something of that ilk.
A "web developer" builds "web applications" (i.e. dynamic web-based systems, using technologies such as ASP, PHP, JSP, ASP.Net, or whatever) to allow data to be put into the above "templates" easily.
A "content author" is the person who creates content to be put onto the site, usually along with the structure of the site, and often using tools created by a web developer, or directly altering the "templates" created by the web authors.
Often, these roles are combined - I, for example, am a "web author"-cum-"web developer". This does not, however, mean that the skills required are the same. Just because I can generate HTML (which, I might add, I do using a text editor as opposed to Dreamweaver or Frontpage - they add too much crap) doesn't mean that I've got the first clue about "web design".
Me too...FrontPage may be nice..and DreamWeaver is better...but notepad is best!
