[help]how To Change Nortonantivirus Tray Icon?

i wanna change NortonAntivirus tray icon on the taskbar by Reshacker.I had tried NAVW32.exe,NAVWNT.exe and so on,but nothing worked. can anyone tell me which exe or dll file should i hack?//bow
