[release] Splashconfig

Hey guys,

Well Me and Beric have been busy again working a little config app for splashpanel called SplashPanel Configuration (or in other words SplashConfig)

Which is now included with SplashPanel!

You can setup everything you could before in the settings .ini, but faster and more efficient. No more typing in the settings.ini, or worrying about whether you miss spelled something. SplashConfig does it all for you. Change various items like: Transparency, Fade Speed, Skins, and Progress Speed, all by the click of a button.

i really dont understand, what's the use of this program? I mean apart from executin it manually..?!?

What program are you talking about? SplashPanel or Splashconfig?

If your talking about SplashPanel-SplashPanel's purpose is purely cosmetic. It was written just for fun to give windows users a look similar to the Mac starup look.

SplashConfig is was written to take a way the need for users to alter SplashPanel's settings.ini file.
