Finally im finished skool 4 the year and have alot of spare time on my hands (Y) . so as promised here it is.
a screenshot is included in the zip file, as is a small patch to change it from "MSN Messenger" to "iChat".
requires a CLEAN install of messenger, the simply run the MSN patch, and if u want the ichat patch run that second.

It appears the latest version is 6.1.0203 not 6.1.0202.
You patch doesn't work with 6.1.0203.
Just FYI.
Does anyone have the 6.1.0202 version ?? I can only find the 6.1.0203, and I really would like to use this mod.

damn i was waiting for this .0202 since the 6.1 came out and now the link is down.
but i can wait till tommorrow for 6.0203.
i cant believe that i play Halo on gamespy for an afternoon and this comes out and already 180 people have viewed (most probably downloaded, most probably no thank you post).
edit: ok thanks for that deleted. i didn't now that trillian was so popular (i'm gonna start using miranda i think, it seems great). haha, i like that negative tone of your email to match my initial bitterness.

Just because something has been "viewed" multiple times, doesn't mean it applied to that many people. Most people use trillian, and don't give a damn about a MSN skin. Not saying this guy isn't doing good stuff. Just saying most people use clients which connect to multiple servers, but still atleast look at all the latest posts on AS.
I for example have never run MSN at all, nor will I ever. But I still viewed this thread just to see what the guy had created.
any updates thus far? i thought you'd be doin stuff like crazy since you have time off school, haha. anyways, cant wait for the update

edit : ok just saw it. everything looks amazing except for the pm window. Its too flat n plain. It needs more spice
edit2 : the main window looks more panther so y dont u make the pm window panther too

Panther style is pretty much what theunknown's original MSN 6.1 skin did...
As for "flat and plain", you can change that yourself - just use a different background image, and it will stretch to fit.
my msn makes me update it, and i can't use the skin with the stupid new version, I can't afford to see those dark, hedious icons :rant: ....
Unknow, if you can, please make a version for this, but like the first one you did, not with the brushed pm.....

I get the same problem with you just now, as I've restart my computer since I haven't done this for a month...
I am waiting for the patch for the latest version...

P.S. When I restart my computer and after login, my NFS Underground always auto-run... 
theunknown has made it quite clear that he intends to update his MSN skins at some point, but he's busy with more important stuff at the moment.
