Microcenter is apparently having a black friday sale, and they're offering $200 rebates on G3 iBooks.

Now I know these things aren't that new, but the $700 one might be tempting to some.
I quickly checked some online prices for these, and most of them were around $1k.
What do you think?
seems kidna dumb when you can spen 300 more and get a G4 Ibook with double the ram, ddr in fact and most likely a much bigger hard drive. and not have to mail in a rebate.
ohh i bad, i was looking @ student prices. being a stundent is great we get discounts for skipping class, drinking beer and mooching off the goverment, all tax free.

lol i am a student too and my only real mac (not in an emulator) is a 66 mhz ppc 6116cd running os8.6 and carbonlib.
