eh....how do you do that?
you need to have a different logonui.exe file you can find in
you switch it in a DOS mode since its the best and fastest way to do so, with the file thats located in c:\windows\system32

not exactly sure what you wanna do here.. do you want to remove the logon screen so you dont get it at all? or you just want to remove the text that says "welcome" ?
if u wanna remove text or get another theme, i advise you get logon changer or something, it can change ur logon screens in seconds and no need to do it manually, unless you like it that way.

you have to use one of the following, cant rememer which one: XSetup or Tweaking Toolbox XP or both have the option. It allows you to change the Startup background (NOT BOOT IMAGE, as some are thinking..). Hope this helps.
