and only have three icons on the left side of it and have bigger size than the ones on the right side,reference below,thanx you for any help

well your screenie's down but try right clicking it and clicking properties. if not already on the start menu tab click it then click customize (the active button) then change the "number of programs on start menu" thing
If you use 72 px icons your right side icons will be 54 px, no way around it. I use 72px icons and so I added a 54px size in every icon on the right side. I used Icon Workshop to do it. There is a percentage smaller for the start menu icons than the system icons, no matter what size you make them.
While you are customizing the start menu you can choose to not show some things (like My Pictures, My Network Places, etc.) That will also make it less tall.
by the way: what's the name of this skin? or the deviantart id?

sorry for offtopic, maybe I add something useful or at least try to. right click on start button -> properties -> then click the first button ('Anpassen' in German) -> then set the number of elements in the start menu to 0 (zero). this will only show the elements you add to the start menu manually via right click and "Add to startmenu". maybe that helps...
