Good Icon Conversion Program

any-to-icon makes choppy and bad conversions. anyone know any others?

what an icon conversion program is made to do is take any type of image(namely .png for me) an convert it to .ico format

rofl yeah i dled about 3 secs before i saw your post. your right, it is the best. now i can make my OWN icons too!
