Removing "file/edit/view/etc" From Apps?

hi,

is it possible in objectbar to remove the File/edit/favorites/ bar from apps and just have it displayed in the objectbar? for more mac likeness? i couldnt get it to happen. maybe there are other programs that would do this?

im sorry, i did look through the objectbar section withought any results. ill look try a search but dont really know what to search for really...

try "removing file" and search all over the vboard, this is not only an ob related issue altough if you want to remove it trough object bar its as simple as going to the preferences then going to the genarl options of ob and choosing override menus when shown in ob (or soemthing like that, youll be able to spot it, i cant remember it off the top of my head at the mo, im at the office )

oooooooooooooo. thanks for the help! i found it. after doing a search for "objectbar" i thought the only way was through desktop x. but objectbar can do it just fine. per your instructions, it works great. Thanks a bunch!

And seatch means search im no good at spelling and my spellcheck/dictionary is prolly sleeping at the mo. oh well...
