Yes, I would kill this link and remove the front page news, as these are rade8 icons, and there are no read mes giving credit,

Wizard, before posting this to front page news, why not wait a little while and verify what is realeased. this is getting out of hand with thievery and if the news posters cant verify if this is original work, they should hesitate from putting it front page, you news posters are getting a little overzealous

those are very excellent and its good to see a dark version of the icons.

one thing to make sure of is if they are mods. They look familiar to me (snow.e 2?). In that case, just make sure that you've got permission.

If they are original mac icons, then that's fine to mod.

Well good job anyway.

edit: NOW i know. those are inverted snow.e 2 icons. Lol. Nice idea. Hope the release is ok.

Nope, Shinobi is an excellent dark theme in the style of OSX. But you already figured that out, I'm sure.

BTW - Where the heck are the mods/admins?!? After the whole thing with the copyright material and the announcement that if any copyrighted material was used that it would be taken down. This is definitly copyrighted material that has not gained the proper approval. I am not having the "copyright" argument, just are the mods/admins going to stand by their word or be hypocrits?
