[help] Removing Titlebar Icons?

I prefer my titlebars to be nice and clean with just the title and min/max/close buttons. Does anyone know of a way to remove the icon from all windows titlebars? Either a modification to a system file or instructions on what to change in WindowBlinds / Visual-Styles in order to achieve the effect is great.

I appreciate any help!

(Oh and I have already searched Google and A-S.)

for wb4 simply open the skin in skinstudio click on the icon, remove, save.
