no, it's just someone else's icon with a weird filter used on it. i was going to say that all releases belong in the release section, but this should just be deleted since he didn't get permission.

Just trying to save you from getting in trouble with a mod. I have no idea who actually made the icon but I know I've seen it in countless places before. Also, JairoB made one of the best Kazaa icons ever a long while back. I'm not talking about the KazaaLite ++ ones, the old blue and yellow one.

I guess he didn`t mean anything bad when he posted that PNG and i agree he should`ve asked the author, but i think u were a bit to harsh to the poor guy!
Reading it again, I guess I was. But it's really in the interest of keeping him out of trouble. It's better to get warned by another member than by a mod. Also, the whole MixthePix situation has got me kind of edgy about rips, since that themixer is quick to write off Windows users.
