Can somebody help me please, do you know why i get this error when I try to run iTalk? I installed it and got all my account info in but when I click OK I get that message
Italk Error
Uninstall iTalk. Reinstall the Aqua and iApp Controls and then reinstall iTalk.
Yeah, I get the same error, even after reinstalling several times
Tried to do that but still got the same error
ok do the following
1. open my computer
2. goto ur drive where windows is installed (default c:)
3. then goto ur windows folder
4. then system32 folder (c:\windows\system32\)
5. they look for the aquacontrols.ocx and aquacontrols.oca 6. delete those, then find iappcontrols.ocx and delete those, then reinstall teh aqua controls and it should work, also to be safe search for aquacontrols.ocx and .oca and delete em. should work then if it doesnt let me know!
Ok I'll try it when I get home.
I have the same exact error, and I just barely installed them on my laptop, so I woudn't think it would be a file conflict, I also just installed them on my desktop (no prior installation of any of these programs) and NOTHING..
Help appreciated.
Dude, dont worry about. Jef is releasing a brand new, completely revamped version of iChat, or iTalk, or whatever you want to call it. He has added some really awsome features, and I'm sure along with those it will be less buggy. Just wait a few more days or so for it to come out. Take my word for it, you will be glad you waited! ![]()

Well, maybe you should try to get it working. Its been a while and still, there are no signs of the new version. I dont know when it is planned for release, but there are no dates and no estimates. So if you want iTalk, try to get yours working man. Who knows when this new release will come. ![]()

I get this while trying to use the new versions

It has to be a problem with that ActiveX thing, when I load that AquaVolume program it looks bad and I can't continue using it because I get the same error massage

Anyone know the problem? pleeeease I really want to use this program ![]()
