Moby Dock Task Bar

Got it installed but, every now and then another task bar shows up running behind the other one.

Any ideas

Do you mean that two copies of Mobydock run at startup? If you have the Mobydock link in the startup folder of WindowsXP, then this is an issue I've been having as well.. any link I put in the startup folder runs twice, and there ain't jack I can do about it.

The way I've worked around it is making a shortcut in the mobydock folder to mobydock.exe (ie C:/program files/mobydock/mobydock.lnk) then creating a string registry entry in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run

containing the full path to that shortcut. Then it will run at startup, and only once.

I forgot to tell ya'll but I have installed MD three times the first two did not work, but the task bar stayed on my desk top even after I uninstalled it. Maybe thats the reason I have two task bars now and then. Yes I'm running XP.
