[help] Buttons

Does anybody know how to eliminate the selection rectangle over the buttons???

display properties > appearance tab > effects > change the "hide underlined letters for keyboard navigation until i press the alt key."

i have mine checked and i don't seem to have the problem, though this isn't a complete fix. sometimes it will still show up.
