Moby Dock

I installed Moby Dock but some how I wound up with two task bars one running behind the other. So I uninstalled the program but it left one task bar. The one task bar works great except since I uninstalled it I can't get on the internet with it. Since then I tried to reinstall it but it keeps saying , error opening file for writing: " E:/program files/Moby Dock DX/ mobydock.exe"

I have installed Direct X 9. ob

Any help will be greatly appreciated
