Whats the best program to extract icons from a program and save them as a seperate icon file?

The two I have only worked with are Icon Librarian that comes with Mircoangelo (shareware) and ResHacker (free). Search for them on google. Also if you search for Incon Extracter, you will get tons of hits.
IconViewer @ BotProductions.com. It adds a new tab called "icons" to the properties window of any file containing .ico or bitmaps will size and resolution info. Then you can just save the ones you want as ico or bmp. I use it and it's very convenient.
I went to ShellCity and searched for "icon" and "icon extract" and got many results. Most programs listed on Shellcity are freeware too.
I also found IconSucker. There is a free version and a Pro version.
@ imtoomuch - Geen thanx for that link to shellcity i didnt know about it and its got great stuff!!! its the little tweaks that count hehehe...
And IconSucker does not sound trustable AT ALL!
