When using either Yz or OD i have problems after starting a program (ex. IE) from the dock. What happens is the program will load fine, but if I minimize it my dock becomes messed up with streaks through it as shown in the pic.
Any ideas what this may be caused by? It does not happen in Mobydock, but I prefer either of these docks because they consume less resources.
What OS on what kinda machine are you using?

I'm afraid its more likely to be a driver problem. Yz and OD use more or less default windows drawing technologies so anything like what is happening to you is more likely to be a problem with the display drivers.
I had a similar problem with transparency in samurize until i updated to the latest nVidia drivers.
Update to the latest graphics drivers and reboot. see if it makes any difference.

edit: thanks for the advice, updated drivers and it seems to work nice now. i always forget to do something after a format
