Seems Swizcore departure was exagerated, even by him.
Looks like it maybe an APE enabled theme switcher. If you're not familiar with APE, its a great preference panel based set of utilities using plugin architecture for doing various mods and enhancements for OS X. And was made by Unsanity.

Well... Windowblinds is a good themeswitcher that doesn't make you replace system files. It's just that most of the good Windows skinners got lured over to MsStyles when Windowblinds was still pretty buggy and slow. A lot of the best WindowBlinds skinners actually went on to do work in the GUI and design fields and actually get payed for their work. Kind of like Dangeruss. Everyone remember him?
I bought it straight away ,,, It is awsome . I could not get Aluminum Alloy to work , kinda of drag . It is one of my favorites . Well worth 20$ . This is a great leap forward . I am STOKED .

Inkman and XerO-there is a small group forming who will specialize in making your Windows desktop look like the new MacOSX Aqua GUI. so far the group consists of chris clough (a.k.a. CyCoPaTh), chris mcdaniel (a.k.a. straytoaster or deadzombie), kris mcginnes (a.k.a. Drakon), mark nadelin, and myself (doug hoxworth a.k.a. disciple). our objective is to create a website that will provide info, screenshots, skins, programs, etc. that will help windows PC users "aquafy" their desktop environment. we were all wondering whether you would like to join our group and contribute what you can. the website is being developed by drakon with assistance by me. we haven't resolved where the site will reside and what our site will be called. we may call ourselves aquasoft although other names have been suggested. we also haven't discussed whether we'll just provide a collection of skins for each app or whether we'll create one skin for each app (i.e., one regular aqua windowblinds skin as opposed to one from each). we also envision creating applications and programs to help users "aquafy" their desktop. do either of you know any programming languages? let me know if either of you are interested in joining? thanks.
