hey ive been using object bar on and off and at one point i had this thing that i could click on and it would act like the task bar , but i had to restore my comp and when i put it back on. it wont work. i can right click on it and i get a bunch of options. like configures tray filter, but when i click on it nothing happens. and i cant really use it without my taskbar.
i have a screen of what im talking about.
can someone help please.
right click ob, insert... new section... section's type = system tray. then configure it. :rock:
Rick click on the taskbar, choose insert section, then choose system tray. Not sure how to trigger it from a button, but that will place it right on the bar.
hm, still having trouble, i can do everything up too the config part, could u be a little bit more discriptive please.
Right click on the taskbar, choose insert, choose new section, a window will open up. Leave the title of the section blank, then choose system tray from the drop down box below that, that should be it.
i did exactly what u said nate, and still nothing. i click on the <---> and it gets dark, thats it.i think its something in the behavior settings.
Right click on the bar, choose properties, find and click on system tray on the left side, make sure "hide container from bar" is unchecked, choose the behavior tab, make sure "enable filtering" is unchecked. If neither of those work, I have no idea what the problem is. Maybe you can package your theme and post it so someone can take a look at it.
