Yztool Bar Doesnt Work.

I have tried in so manny ways, but i always get the error message about languaje problem.

How can i have it to load with windows.

I already tried putting a shorcut in the Start up programs and that is how i get the Message...Do i have the wrong software?

what am i doing wrong?

Can someone explain to me step by step how to do it?

Please help me to solve this problem.

Maybe you need a localized version for your system language? It only supports japanese and english I think.
