Aqua Irc Channel?

I've seen numerous people talk about an Aqua-related IRC channel.

Can anyone tell me which server it is on, and what the channel's name is? It would be greatly appreciated!

And before all you well-known named guys come in here and harangue me about using the search, I DID, and nothing helpful came up.
