Hmmm... I didn't have any problems with my old iPod with iTunes for PC.
Doesn't matter anymore, though, 'cause I just picked up a third generation one (Y) :rule: :rock:
I am not having a problem at all. If anything, iTunes made it a lot easier, since I don't have to search for the songs. Al you have to do is hook up the iPod, after it's done, the computer disconnects it, and your done. I am very pleased with it
BTW, I have a 2nd gen iPod (Buttons around the touch scroll)

hehe... 3rd gen 40gb absolutely kick da sheet out of you device!
it just takes scratches very easy and the earplugs lasted for 3 weeks and then were broken...
topic related: no probs with iTunes. like wizard said, "made it alot easier"
