Ive been working really hard on Mail XP (working title), to make it alot more stable and faster, and now it practically runs bugless. I have some shots of the new compose window which is unfinished, and the new account window.
Im looking for a picture of the font dialog in Mail OSX, if you have one please upload it

those are good news, and the screenies look really well, good job.
You know your application is good when all contrasutra can complain about is the name. 
"XP" has become a cliche. It really is meaningless now. "FX" is getting the same way.
But as far as working titles go, its great.

That does look awesome! I haven't read your other threads that ended up being 15 pages long, so some of this stuff may have been asked/suggested before.
My key thing on using a mail app, is filters. I'm not talking super duper spam guard protection. But merely. If subject contains HRMKAY mark as read and move to crap
If it has that, and support for multiple pop3 accouns. I'm all over it.
Oh and (dammit, now I sound like the begging idiots). Will it be able to import mail? Either from a comma whatever'd file. Or a *.pst. I prefer the comma'd .txt file, as I believe that's what Thunderbird can export to.
I'm not expecting any of these features in the first release. Just hoping that in one of the releases one day they can be added. As at work, I have about 8000 e-mails that I don't really need, but don't care to lose. It's nice to be able to look up an e-mail from 2 years ago.

Support for hotmail would be realy nice. Ive read that its not al that hard to add hotmail support. Other then that its looking nice.
I always thought that was impossible without a Microsoft Mail program, last I knew Mozilla was not capable of that even.

oh my god, for a second i thought it was another outlook express mod, lol. :6 as i read it is in fact an individual app. which is cool, now we can run our systems ie free and oe free, haha... (Y)

just out of curiosity, is this just a mail program, or is it also a newsgroup reader, a la outlook? i don't know if this is meant to be an outlook alternative that is mac influenced, or a straight out port of macs mail program...
