well this skin is Xero's 10.3 Panther skin with changed graphics from Danimators Powermetal windowblinds skin 
i made this as i really like his skin but there wasnt an OB skin so i decided to make one, this si my first skin so its bound to be buggy
this is only a preview as i need to ask persmission from Xero and Danimator
if theres anything i should add/change or anything please let me know
No offense but it's sort of ugly. Maybe the preview didn't do the justice.
And you should be asking permission from Swizcore before you ask permission from Xero or Danimator.

I agree the bar looks mech better with the fonts change but the Apple looks too opaque. Try the Apple that is in your avatar, I think that would look nice.
The top of it looks more recessed than the bottom is, makes it look like it was set in crooked, in my opinion.

well i have made a few changes, fixed up the apple added faint scan lines in the background and changed the font
the apple needs a bit more work i think and theres a few other changes i think will make, any other criticisms/comments? thinks i should add/change?

heres the image from above for those too lazy to go open it but the quality isnt so good, like i said i need to do a bit more work on the apple as it still looks a bit blurred and rough round the edges and such.
any comments/criticisms so far? i would appreciate the input as this is my first skin and would like to know how to do it fairly well

Looking better, although it looks like the entire taskbar does not have the same texture, the section next to the system tray looks flat and grey.
Looks great to me now.
thanks just sent off an email to swizcore (well the contact them thingy on their site) just need to wait for a reply from them and then i can contact Xero and Danimator, if they give the ok then i will release a Beta

Good news for Zoot.
The problem is bandwidth... if everyone and their mom downloads this, bandwidth goes ^ faster then a rocket.. And then it may be disabled... Got one suggestion for you zoot... DeviantArt. Its free, and it works If you cant do that then, I can possibly help you out.

LoofyGun I just tried to email you the mods, but it seem my cable providers email server has tanked, so in lieu I'm going to need an ftp server or something to upload to, or I suppose I couls try and send it via IM.
