Dotwac.com Officially Launch

Dotwac.com (previously known as alang.tk) is officially launch although not many files

there. Although some of you already being there while the changes take place but now the redesigning and reconstuction of my website is fully complete and just some minor changes to be done. More files will be added, I promise. But I need your opinion on what type of files to be included on my site. My plan is only applications ie osx emulated and utilities to mod your window since lots of other site already offer skins, icons and wallpaper. But its up to you, I lots of you want me to host all type of files I will try it though.

Anyone have a links to any applications that not in my site can pm or email me, or any developer who want me to put your files in there also can contact me.

One more thing if you find out that your files is there but no credit being given or is wrongly given, please inform me.

And I apologize for those files that being hosted there without permission, please inform me if you want me to do so.

Very nice alang! I myself would want to see downloads for all... applications, mods, wallpapers, icons, etc.

My suggestion is to have separate tabs in the downloads section for each item. Also, how about thumbnails beside the app, icon, wallpaper, etc. and when you click on the thumbnails, you get a bigger view.

Thanks for doing this. This would sort of bring back the old Aqua-Soft format.

Can I make a suggestion, alang?

Get rid of the fake scrollbars...

Whilst they do look mighty cool, I sat and was wondering why the scrolling wasn't working for about 30 seconds >.<

Yes, its in my mind. I will put a screenshots for each application, each visitors want to see them just click on the links. I think to put thumbnails beside the title would make it load slowly, so instead of that I will just put a screenshots links

I will try to gather as much resources as possible that related to osx modification

about the scrollbars... someone did them in flash with the real aqua effect. maybe you could ask him for the source or whatever it's called (i haven't used flash in years) and make real scrollbars. if you do i will be your biggest fan. it sounds really promising.

Just some info. U know my site is down recently due to some upgrade. Now its back online an all visitors can access the downloads section. I don't have to worry about bandwidth though because I got a lots of it. Will be added more files soon. For the developers if you want me to host your nice work just email me admin@dotwac.com and give me the current location of your files, I will download it and upload on my server. I won't hotlinking it from your server though, and if you want to use my server as a mirror, be my guest, but just inform me first.
