I not s(h)ure about the first one but the second one is actually an avi in you system32.dll I think. Search for Iceman's tutorial on google. His web-site should have everything that you need to know.

hey matjurong, just noticed that your using gant icons... there's a gant avi pack in two types over here
and the thread also has info on the which files you need to swap, so you should find everything you need for the progress animation stuff all in that one thread(unless you don't want gant).
