Question: How To Add Transparency To Title Bars

I have seen screenshots of Windows machines with the window title bar(not the start bar, the main window title) transparent while in the background. Is this an option in a StarDock app I'm missing. I've looked everywhere.

msstyles for sure can't...

nview can do the WHOLE window.

but not the title bar only. (like osx)

I forgot who it was who posted it but he did admit it was fake afterwards.

Bill was saying that WB4 is going to have that feature. But I'll believe it when I see it in action on my computer.

An early release on object desktop later this month they say. And a general release early next year.

BTW, I'm running WB 3.5a at the moment. (OD) .
