Change Office Apps Splash Screen?

Where are the image files for the office slapsh screens for each application located? I found some images for mac office on osxp.comn that would look great in office XP. Thanks!

there have been attempts to change it by hacking but all turned out with nothing.

until... flyakite came up with splasher which tags an exe with splash screen and command arguments to disable the default splash screen.

I saw those screens a few days ago and wanted to change it but the link flyakite gave in the old thread was broken so if anyone has the splasher prog please post it. Thanks.
